Bryan assists families and individuals in organizing their estates to be well-prepared for any eventualities. He has extensive experience in creating a variety of estate planning instruments and has overseen the administration of estates of all sizes.
Bryan also represents businesses and entrepreneurs, negotiating agreements that allow them to concentrate on future expansion. He helps businesses acquire relationships, inventory, and land. Bryan has guided entrepreneurs in buying and selling diverse types of businesses, from dental practices to construction companies. His clients benefit from his extensive experience across a wide range of transactions, as he continually seeks innovative solutions to enhance their business processes.
Bryan is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is admitted to practice in the Arizona Courts, the Federal District Courts – District of Arizona, and the Federal Bankruptcy Court – District of Arizona.
Business Experience
Bryan has been involved in several business ventures bringing experience in capital strategy and acquisition for both business and real estate projects. He has firsthand knowledge of the land development process of commercial, industrial and residential real estate projects. Bryan has also served as a principal in a company that delivers technology solutions to private individuals and commercial businesses. Bryan currently sits on the board of directors for a large commercial land development project.

Bryan participated in the Civil Justice Clinic at Arizona State University, representing several low-income clients victimized by fraudulent real estate transactions. Bryan also completed
Mediation Skills Training, participated in the Mediation Clinic, and served as a Mediator in the Maricopa County Justice Courts.
